I have asked to be removed from their database every time they call (sometimes 4 times a day) but to no avail. I have also called them back and the message says that due to a technical failure they are unable to answer my call but if I would like to be removed I could call 0161 360 0000 which i did. Number was 0208 1444710. Clever enough but clearly a scam or they would just post the cheque and get a bank transfer or cheque for the fee !
