Obviously a scam call - which has been successfully blocked by my BT Call Guardian - I have come to the conclusion this is the ONLY way to stop all this nonsense. Sorry to read post from person whose parents are dying - you should invest in call blocking software because it works like a magic trick! I keep a corded phone just to have the pleasure of hearing it ring once, seeing the phone symbol with a red line through it - and knowing the caller is receiving the "go away" message!
A pleasant UK lady called about Home Security - had our previous address, as we have kept our tel. no. - offered a discounted system. We rarely take up telephone offers, said No Thanks.
