Called 12th June auto message saying they were cutting off our broadband connection in the next 24 to 48 hours, press 1 to connect with an operator. She answered and said she was in Broad St London when it is a Birmingham number and when asked who she was calling on behalf she said Open Reach (BT) but our internet is with another provider. I asked twice why they were cutting off our lines then she rang off.
Told me i’d filled out a survey for ‘Vanity world resorts ’ never fill in surveys online and would never have done this. I hung up as they wanted my personal details
