Had phone call today from this firm saying my wife s Dyson Vacuum Cleaner was due for servicing. Told them I did not want it serviced. What servicing does a vacuum cleaner need? just regular emptying & filters cleaning. If it has a major fault then bin it and buy another. Dyson have a 5 year warranty anyway. Brighter Homes called me today on this number offering vouchers for double glazing etc. I told them I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and not to call again. This company uses pressure selling techniques to sell double glazing. The company was featured on the Watchdog rogue traders program.
