This is a company called "Next Step Money" based in Hull England, they claim to help you recover any unnecessary PPI charges back from your creditors, they are not the most professional company out there, I would recommend blocking them on your phone as they will harass you every day and try to force you in to doing business with them as they tried with my dad. Note: They will tell you they have your details on record but this is not the case they are just cold calling people

These people called me 6 times in 2 days - many times before that a while ago. People may wish to repay them the complement by calling them back repeatedly and hanging up after a few second of them answering. If you have the time, inclination and unlimited calls that is.
