Lady with scotish accent asking for my date of birth at 745 pm about an appointment. I challenged her about not providing my private details to unknown people at that time. She said she would not disclose any further do I terminated the call. I later checked here and found the number is linked to the hospital. Not at all happy how the lady and nhs vonducted this cold call.

I called the Halifax on a safe number known to me to check out this number in question. They were not very helpful or interested, did say when they last called me, which didn't match these calls, so I said will they investigate this number and the reply was, Oh there are a lot of calls made making out they are from the Halifax, just use number on the back of your card.
