I would just like to inform people about this phone number. They keep ringing me everyday, probably 3 to 4 times a day. I can not block the number, so i just ignore it. It is now getting seriously beyond a joke. It is starting to Depress me and give Angxiety issues. I would just like it to stop. It appears to only be a Italian Take Away based in Crawley. This looks 100% like a local number - but beware - it is NOT. It is a computer voice purporting to be from Amazon to say that I have been charged £399 for a phone, and to press 3 to confirm my details. When will this type of call be stopped??
Claimed to be from HMRC about my National Insurance number and to say that my number has been involved in fraudulent activity and that they we're suspending my NI number and to press 1 to speak with an officer. I will report this to HMRC and the police action fraud website.
