Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.

He claims he calling from BT and will disconnect our internet line as it has proven to be hacked for 2 weeks now. I took all details and he said I could check from the number he has given. Called 12th June auto message saying they were cutting off our broadband connection in the next 24 to 48 hours, press 1 to connect with an operator. She answered and said she was in Broad St London when it is a Birmingham number and when asked who she was calling on behalf she said Open Reach (BT) but our internet is with another provider. I asked twice why they were cutting off our lines then she rang off.
