What do you have to do to stop these people. I have tried being rude (not offensive - just rude), putting the phone down on them, threatening to report them, but all to no avail. I love it when they say they are "Fred" or "Mary" or similar, and you know that they are not.

I asked him to repeat his organisations name and he refused too. I refused to answer his questions and he said he would keep calling until I answered his questions.
