Lady with scotish accent asking for my date of birth at 745 pm about an appointment. I challenged her about not providing my private details to unknown people at that time. She said she would not disclose any further do I terminated the call. I later checked here and found the number is linked to the hospital. Not at all happy how the lady and nhs vonducted this cold call.

I said I did not know who he was and he said is that Mrs A of my address again and that he had just started work but it was given to him by a previous colleague. Absolutely wrong. I just hung up. Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.
