They sent me a text out of the blue asking to contact them WRT to their client FedEx Europe. A ref number was given, though no reason for why I should contact them. Googling shows Controlaccount to be a debt collection company, though I have no prior business with them.

Fraud - bot claiming my national insurance will be terminated due to unethical transactions, trying to get financial details
This no. has called a few times but always hangs up and no-one speaks. Really fed up with these calls and all other nuisance calls. Not working at the moment and some days get up to a dozen calls from this type of number and International and withheld ones.

Called my elderly mum lying to her saying her washing machine insurance with D&G was ending. NOT ENDING! Spoke about a direct debit and then tried taking a one off payment from her?!?! From my knowledge in working in contact centres/sales I told her to stop the call and to do some research. SCAMMERS trying to rip off anyone they can. Pushy sales, can t even imagine what the service is like once you ve actually signed up!

No one spoke at first then said do I want to claim ppi I let them about it then I said no they swore at me for wasting there I laughed. They put the phone down and rang me a couple if times just swearing at me so I blocked it.
