Hung up - have not entered any competitions, no reason for some recorded message to call me and tell me I've won something. Called the number back, got what sounded like Dutch-accented English (male) recorded message to say 'If you can hear this message, then the call was successful'.
These calls seem to be from a company called health and home club. They may be affiliated with Ideal World. They just keep calling and hanging up when you answer. I have reported them to Ofcom as I have emailed their company online twice and they are still calling.

They are very impolite to try and get a missed payment out of you or to try and get you to pay more and don't care if you can't afford too.
