Called from 01245 407320 Unsolicited call from these cowboys today ( 25 Oct 2014). Despite my number being on the TPS, they asked for me by name. My wife wouldn t put the call thru to me until they confirmed what they wanted to ask me about. The caller refused to confirm this, so wifey hung up on them. I had a call from this company saying that my washing machines warranty had run out, which was a lie. They call everyday and when I hinted for them not to call again, they were very rude and hung up.

I had dealings with retail merchant services last year. Their salesman lied about contracts and fees and altered paperwork after I had signed it. It very nearly cost me £4000, luckily I threatened them with a police case for fraud and they left me alone until now and they are trying to sell me their machines again. Google retail merchant services complaints and then stay well clear.

We got a call from this number at 2.20am which woke us up with a fright. Recorded message saying ‘Can you hear me?’ And no response when sleepily replied. Really annoying - couldn’t get back to sleep afterwards for hours. No idea what the purpose of it was.
