Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Silent call, Missed call, SCAM, Fraud, SPAM, Call center. This number has called me daily for 3 days now, but when answered, no-one talks and within 5 seconds, they hang up. After searching online, others have suggested it's Domestic and General, which I do have cover with for appliances, therefore would expect them to talk.
