This number is just a routing number for sales calls from abroad. Call themselves Npower direct but this same crowd call from many numbers and sound like a call centre in India routing through various numbers. I have also had them routing through what look like London numbers. Web searches show this is unlikely to be anything to do with Npower.
SCAM Automated message saying that my National Insurance number had been compromised and I needed to press 1 to speak to someone or action would be taken against me.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
