claimed to be from O2 as I have acontract with them. I don t. Tried to sell me a sim even though I said a year left. Pressed them on why they couldn t tell me the usage but he bluffed his way though it.

As all others call was terminated before I even had chance to react to my phone lighting up in front of me. From reading other comments I haven t rang back, nor do I intend to.
we save everyday constantly phoning very aggressive and constantly harassing us reported them to the legal ombudsman and the claims regulator.
Appears to be a scam. Claimed it was the inland revenue and a warrant had been issued against me for tax fraud. Find this hard as I am a council employee on PAYE. I also live in Scotland where the tax powers are devovled

Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). applied for loan online. received loads of ph calls & sms claiming they can sort loan, just ph them to proceed. same as other people are commenting, you get given another number to ph, which is 09no. told cost of call will be refuunded, & loan never materialises.
