I had a missed call from this number while I was at work. I don't answer unknown numbers especially in work time.

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. I told him I hadn t been involved in an accident, he said it must have been a family member (I live alone, but didn t tell him that), I repeated that he was wrong and asked who he thought had been in the accident. The same company has been call blocked on at least 20 different numbers, they keep changing numbers every few days, when i get through to one of them and tell them to take me off their calling list they are rude and hang up, scum of the earth! Company needs heavily fining!
