He was distracted by my dog barking and wanted to get into a conversation about my dog which was obviously a rouse to get me to try and interact with him. Don’t know who they are, but suspect this is a scam. Had 4 calls from them, they hang up as soon as answer machine kicks in, then phone straight back, again hanging up when answer machine kicks in.
