Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20813338xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre reporting as Traffic Management - usual PPI / road accident claims. These clowns call from India and are very abusive. Ask them to hold on a sec and just put phone on the side and go back to what you were doing. No point arguing or being abusive as they likely have your email address and obviously have your telephone number.

SCAM Automated voice saying they were HMRC phoning to advise that I was the subject of some fraudulent activity and advised me to press 1. They said that if I didn't press 1 and did not get connected, the Police would come to arrest me immediately.
This was a member of the legal team from Arnold Clark calling me about the claim I had made to court against them. I think the number is the general Head Office one though - so no need to worry.

On clicking the link the receiver is met with a convincing website that looks almost identical to the Hermes official site where it asks for bank details to make payment for the £1.45 redelivery charge.
