02 Nov 2021 - An Indian guy rang my mobile from this number, knew my name. When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.

Receiving 4-5 calls from this number every day, automated, regarding energy efficient gas boiler. It says press 2 to book appointment or 9 to stop receiving these calls. I have pressed 9 several times, makes no difference and have pressed 2 twice and tried to explain I have a new boiler only for them to put the phone down!!!! Sick to the back teeth of them.
