SCAM Call started with a oversees transaction of 600 pound has been attempted was this you giving you the option of saying yes or no. I stated no and was placed to a oversees call centre claiming to be from the Halifax. I stopped the call and told him I will call Halifax direct. He started to say no I am with the Halifax and I ended the call. After contacting Halifax I was told to block the number as it is indeed a scam call. Good luck out there all.
SCAM / SPAM said was Halifax bank and my account had been used by western union to send money to India , hung up but kept ringing me I checked with bank and confirmed scam number

4th March 2022 Called on my friends phone but hung up when I answered. My friend died three months ago and as executer for his estate I have his phone. Call log shows they also called on 22nd Feb 2022 but no message left so the number has been active for at least two weeks.

These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... I would just like to inform people about this phone number. They keep ringing me everyday, probably 3 to 4 times a day. I can not block the number, so i just ignore it. It is now getting seriously beyond a joke. It is starting to Depress me and give Angxiety issues. I would just like it to stop. It appears to only be a Italian Take Away based in Crawley. Why? i don't know. Thank you very much.
I believe this number is being used by scam callers. I received a text inviting me to call back, purporting to be from HSBC about a potential fraudulent payment. I would suggest that any recipient ignores any calls or texts from this number. Since it is a premium number any return calls will be outside normal free call packages. HSBC always use free call numbers if they request someone to call back.
