Had several calls from this number wen i answer there's a paid then automated voice says goodbye then call is ended ??

The number is from Fenwick, Newcastle.

These people are trying to sell some form of renewable energy.They are pretty persistent yesterday the fourth day in a row that I have got a call and told them to....... off but...

Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam... Im very scared now and don t know what to do

It is a mis-sold payment protection number.

Genuine call from Halifax fraud prevention. They noticed someone in USA somehow used my card for a very small amount £4.24 (apparently they do this to see if it s accepted) They have cancelled my card and are sending a new one straight away. Excellent service from Halifax

They call constantly from different mobile number but always swansea

I have a new number, the only time it was entered was setting up my phone, so its either o2 or Samsung who provided my number to them. These PPI calls and and the Like are red...

This number has called several and when I answer there is a delay which suggests a call centre but no one speaks

Claimed to be Industrial Workers Office. Would not say where obtained phone number. Were asking for my son whose name has never been in a phone book with the number being called. Having looked at this and other websites it appears to be another number being used to that already reported

Scam/Criminal This number repeatedly dialed me from onwards 28/10/2015, after 5 days I put them on call reject. I ve just noticed that the scamers/criminals are trying it again (they must be either scams or criminals because their ignoring the UK ICO and TPS Preference Scheme Codes).

I have received 3 calls from this number this morning - when I pick up, the line goes quiet for a while and then they hang up. I have checked this site and blocked the number.

Cold calling re car accidents. I thought these firms had been banned and fined for cold calling?
