Scam phone call saying they are going to cut off the internet. Hung up before they could finish which I regret as I didn t find out who they were going to pretend to be

PPI scam, they keep ringing back, especially annoying as I am abroad at the moment and if someone answers the phone to them I have to pay for the connection.

I called this number back and there was a very nice message with the phone number to call to opt out. No big deal really.

This Asian prat, after asking me my name said in a thick Paki accent. "I have not rung to tell you anything" So I said in that case **** Off and put the phone down. But I was right; this cretin is from Londonistan where 4 out of five residents are from foreign descent. I know of no one in London so why ring me if it s not to try and con money out of me. Just had a call from this number. But ignored it. I have just signed up to top cash back and recently shopped on s site called go groopie.com. Maybe it is connected to this number somehow.

TLD - life insurance cold callers, have been trying to contact me on several different numbers from all over the UK. Not sure why or where they have had my number from.

I have received 3 calls per day, from various numbers across the UK, following an accident in November (6 months). They all know my registration number, and date of accident, enough to pretend they are working on behalf of my insurer. THEY ARE NOT!
