The person on the other end told me they were ringing to review my mortgage. When I told her I was uncomfortable discussing it over the phone, she got aggressive and rude. She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!! I was contacted by U Legal some months ago. The lady was very slick on the phone and stated that they had good reviews online. As soon as she mentioned payments I stopped the process as any decent company will take fees from what they claw back for you. I then checked them online and sure enough it was a complete scam! When they called back I told the woman that if anyone else called it would be treated as harassment and would be forwarded to the Police for investigation under the Protection From Harassment
Answered and no-one spoke , call was hung up by them....
