The debt collections company called portfolio recovery associates having a call centre in Swansea (never heard of one there before, I think they buying loads of telephone numbers all over the country and diverting all calls to a central office as I called that number several times, stayed on phone just long enough to hear voice and no one spoke with a welsh accent. I personally found them misleading people (to make them join of course) by giving them falls/incomplete information. I bought their voucher for Diploma in Photoshop, it was £16.00 for the course.
