Fraud - pretends to be from Amazon saying someone's charging your bank account; to cancel he doesn't want you to go to your actual account, he tries to make you go to a fake website (www.amazon00.weebly.com) where he'll try to rip you off - beware!

Silent call Silent call, 0153 dialing code. 01530327117. We have had 4 calls today supposedly from Amazon Prime, all from different numbers, but with 0153 dialing code. Recorded female voice. Something about being charged £79.99, and pressing 1 to speak to a service manager. We don't have Amazon Prime. We are ex directory, and with TPS.
SPAM Three calls today (so far) from this number. I did not pick up, having seen elsewhere that the phone block 188321 is operated by AQL Wholesale Ltd, and I was not expecting a call from them. Their trade mark seems to be to call three or four times a day if you don't answer. Others report, energy relief, loft insulation and property assistance as reason for the calls.
Callback to this number rang for several rings, answered then disconnect - I have blocked.

This from 01929774083 company called my mobile- it was a missed call. I phoned the number back& it was answered by a female with a Liverpudlian accent, who repeatedly mumbled the company name,but I eventually got it out of her. She said Our records show that you may have been involved an a minor accident in the last 2.5 years and may have suffered an injury. I told her that I had not. Just heard of Wright stuff programme, 0845 numbers, even if it s only a second your phone provider is chargeing you like you called the number, people have had bills upto £300 and they will not listen to reason you supposedly called the number so you pay your extortionate bill, we live in a world of faceless thieves, beware

Black Apples....Rotten apples is more like it....I didn t realize people in the UK were getting spammed by india staffing companies as well...Its a serious epidemic in the US these days...I ve got a list a mile long of india staffing companies that are aggressive as hell cold calling and lining people up with fake jobs that they cut you as fast as possible and underpay you as low as possible.... personally, i think its all tied with some type of india visa fraud... Have had calls from Aerials Direct claiming to be working for Vodafone. Said I was due an upgrade. What? 10 months early?? I don t think so. Also the guy stating they are from Tesco. Why would Tesco use another company. And why do they call stating they are from different companies.

Claimed to be from Hermes, saying they'd missed a delivery and were looking to reschedule a booking. That came with a dodgy website link too, avoid.
This number just rang my phone, I said hello, they then hung up on me. Agreed with Adam that they want you to phone them back. Found out that it is a charge of 45p-62p per minute to ring back. Also found out it is an individual not a company hoping you will phone him/her back and in doing so they will make him/herself a nice monthly income at your expense.
SCAM claiming to be from Microsoft to tell me I have a problem on my computer - they were very abusive on the phone when I questioned their actions… told me I was waisting their time and that I have mental health issues ????
