Called our business, man with Indian/Asian accent asked for the business owner by name. Possible telemarketing (possibly scam) as it took a minute to connect to the call once I answered, definite call centre in the background. He wouldn't tell me which company he was calling from.

I have informed them many times that this person does not live at this address and to stop calling me. A little late here, granted. We are the actual Road Traffic Solutions Limited. We are a Traffic Management company based in Scunthorpe, operating nationwide. We are NOT in any way associated to the people making these calls. They use our name as a cover. We have reported this to the relevant authorities on a number of occasions. There is, unfortunately, very little they can do.
It is from Sandwell and Birminghan Hospitals surgical waiting list team. However the number cannot receive return calls they can only make outgoing calls from it.
