In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? 03453560024 This number called left a message saying that my account might be involved in a scam. Left a number to ring back and a token number to quote. Wasn't sure if it was genuine so rang Halifax. They asked me some questions and said the call was genuine, also he was very helpful. If in doubt call your local branch.

I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them.
