They claimed to be lowell but when I got transferred to another colleague they both sounded like the same person so it is likely that Lowells number is being cloned by scammers which gives then legitimacy as when people search the number they will find it belongs to the lowell Because I have been in an iva that includes lowell for over a year lowell would know that and not contact me also the amount the caller said I owned was a lot less than I actually do which is a way that they can gain peoples details b

Today he is John Gibbons of Rossendales Ltd but previously called as been Mark Cooper of Marsden Holdings. Threatens bailiffs will come to home if not paid over phone.
