AMAZON scam call, recorded message claiming I had brought goods from amazon.

Sounded vaguely feasible until I 1471 d the number and got this one-was expecting a local number as she said (and was perfectly polite, no aggression at all) she was calling direct from my local Tesco Express. I think this is a scam call. Got a phone call offering me loads of different discounts; hotels, supermarkets - you name it. No cost apparently apart from mailing this discount card out to me which is ?1.65. Sounds good, only they said they were from Simply Be - why could this not be added to my account as they wanted to take the ?1.65 from either a debit or credit card.

Elite legal consultants allegedly! Called about a traffic accident someone in my household apparently had not to long ago!

This is a safe number used by Barclaycard Merchant Services PCI Compliance team. Any Business owner who takes card payments using a Barclaycard terminal (card machine) would know this number to be safe

Constant telephone calls to my business number asking for a Miss Caroline Twitch. 14+ calls and counting so far since the start of 2016. Have blacklisted this number from the phone system. Continued requests to have my telephone number removed from their database have been ignored.

Had a call from this number telling me they were from Microsoft and there was a problem with our computer. Could we log on etc. Told them to phone back later - They haven t. No idea if it is genuine!

The 03332 004455 number you mention appears to be British Gas telemarketing, from reports on other sites.
