This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. As people do search for this number, it should be used, so be aware. Very similar number is rated as a nuisance caller.

Guy claiming to be a bailiff collecting business rates that have not been paid to Blackburn with Darwen Council. Today he is John Gibbons of Rossendales Ltd but previously called as been Mark Cooper of Marsden Holdings. Threatens bailiffs will come to home if not paid over phone. Also threatens debt will increase immediately if not paid then. This is a scam and has been checked with Council.

This phone number (01202403707) is from a representative (Timothy Davis) of HomeLogic, a company that sells and installs LogicFoam loft insulation. It is quite safe and is not a scam. It's a cold call that tries to persuade you to install this type of loft insulation i.e. spray foam. The caller said that it's part of a Government initiative to supply every home in Britain with this type of insulation. However, I don't believe this - I suspect that this is just salesman's patter.
