This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company. who does this number belong to - it is on my phone bill as me being charged a call to it but I haven't called them.
Daily calls for a week. I finally answered it to find it was an energy company trying to get me to switch. After 14 mins on phone I told the bloke I wasn t interested and needed to end the call. The bloke then became very rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Very poor customer service.

Caller with English accent told me that my loft insulation was faulty and was causing condensation, but nothing to worry about. When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London. I said central London was a big place and did he have a precise address at which point he terminated the call. The phone number was not recognised on a 1471. Obviously some scam to get
