Have been charged for 11 calls to this number in one day and 4 calls earlier in June. I have not made these calls and have reported it to BT but they can t do anything about it until after my next bill in September.

I just had fun with 2 of these calls. Call 1: I pretended to be deaf and to mishear everything the caller said... who eventually disconnected! Call 2: when asked "and how are you today?" I responded by giving them a detailed litany of all my ailments, in my case all invented! I would not let the caller get a word in and I terminated the call by thanking them for calling about my health but I have to go now to have my piles looked at by the nurse and I did not want to miss my appointment. Try it...it is real
Vanquis bank vultures who have many different numbers and will call you anytime during day and night. They are very impolite to try and get a missed payment out of you or to try and get you to pay more and don't care if you can't afford too. The caller had a strong indian accent, and informed that my internet had been compromised, possibly by overseas third parties. asked me to go through various tests ie logging onto my tesco account, and checking my bank statements. When i refused to do so, the caller got a little shirty, asking what was the basis for this?
