Got a call from this number, the person added me on skype asking to place an ad on gumtree for them. Very pushy and harassing, went through with it as far as I could just for fun. I have been called 3 times by this number today. It is highly irritating as I drive a lot. No one there when I answered the third time of them calling. I called back to a recorded message with an American accent saying This number is out of service . My guess is that they are testing to see if the number is in use and you will get a load of marketing text messages once this number is answered or called back which I recommend you do neither.

I love these guys, I keep them on the phone as long as possible to waste their time. I m really nice to them and try to sound terrified at what they are telling me, you can have some real fun trying to keep them on the line.
Someone rang my 80 year old neighbour stating they were from the inland revenue and she owed three thousand pounds tax she told them her son would ring them back tomorrow as she was hard of hearing she took this phone no then she said thank you I will ring the police now the person on the other end said you better not and put the phone down Lucky my neighbour had the sense to ignore this call beware

I recieved a call from a company introducing themselves as Energy Helpline and stated that they were looking to help me out on my Home Phone and Broadband bills. They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???
