I called this number and followed the exact same instructions that you would normally be asked only something didn't feel quite right about it. I called back the 03457 345 345 number which worked this this time and spoke to a gentleman on the Fraud team who advised me this was not one of their numbers and this was most definitely a fraud attempt. Numerous calls from this number, one just now - guy with an Indian accent, from “BT Openreach” about my “Dropping Internet Speed”. Let him waffle on for a couple of minutes before telling him in no uncertain terms that there’s nothing wrong with my internet, he isn’t with BT, that he’s a scammer and that was never to call me again. Every time I said “Do not ever call me again” he said “Madam I will call you again ha ha ha ha ha”. So sick of these calls!!
