I Said No thankyou, goodbye & put phone down on him. When I tried to add this number to my BT Call Protect Blacklist, it said the number was not recognised so couldn t be added to blacklist, but I could change my settings to send it to my junkmail, which I have done.

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. The number they use has been spoofed using illegal equipment to change the number from its true origin.
