I had a call from this number, today, claiming that I had asked a question about my business. This, of course, was not true. When I said that I did not have a business they rang off. Clearly a scam.

I hired this company for removals. They deliver your stuff and then claim there was more with a half empty van. They will hold your belonging hostage until you pay. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The company is called Riight Moves Removals. Satmeal Singh is the main guy, probably already in jail for fraud. I can see he also had a company called Stress 3 Removals and Royale Removals.

Asian woman. Almost incomprehensible. Company called UK Essentials. Phishing scam disguised as a survey. AVOID!!

SCAM / SPAM automated all pretending to be from HMRC. Said I would have to speak to someone or a warrant for my arrest would be issued. FRAUD, beware!

Ive been called every two months for the last 8 years asking for a miss Elizabeth Langford and Ive told them every single time Ive never known anyone of that name and please remove my number from your system This time round I lost it and told the Scottish sounding woman she was dead when the caller apologised I then told her to F off and dont ever ring me again Im sure it wont stop unless I change my phone number Id love to find out who this person is

Spam caller claiming to be from Vodafone (my mobile contract isn't with Vodafone), wanting my bank details so they could apply a discount to my contract. Very persistent - when I told them I didn't know my postcode they called back the following night. Even provided me with a (mobile!) number I could call to check that they really were Vodafone.

Claimed to be from o2, managed to send me an activation code from my actual O2 account then asked me to give him the number despite the message saying I shouldn’t. Clearly a scam, do not give them any details.

What is an 0843 number in UK? What is a 0843 number? The 0843 dialling code is a specialist service code which is not linked to any geographical region in the UK. They are typically charged at higher rates than normal landline phone numbers and have become very unpopular with consumers.

This is a scam but a worrying one - the Asian sounding caller knew what account add ons I had on Virgin Media but some 2 years ago. Checked with the real VM and they have not rung me!

Could be telemarketing or SCAM/SPAM FRAUD - no message left - go with worse case scenario no one I know and not a area I expect a call from.

Said MasterCard about blocking overseas transaction

Male with indian accent claiming to be from BT but I'm not with them for my Internet! I hung up. I often will not answer but it was showing a local dialing code. Is this a clever way to gain your confidence or was it genuine? I'm not willing to take the risk.

A very suspect call. Phone rang and after a few seconds of silence the call terminated. I would never try to phone back in case of the call-back scam which can put you through to a premium number which makes massive charges. This kind of call, even if a genuine cold call, can be very worrying to some people and I abhorr the method.
