Text from what claims to be Pay Pal not PayPal saying 'Temporarily limited my account due to failed log in attempts' with a link that I guess will ask you to enter your details etc to gain access to your account.
Called saying that there were payments going out of a visa account, stating odd figures and required interaction from me to stop payments. I hung up.
