The Indian caller I could not understand the mentioned very quickly a company name that was illegible and they made up a reason for me to call them back so they could discuss, I’m guessing this is when they try and either scam you or sell you something you don’t need
Called earlier today. Didn t pick up as I didn t recognise the number. Whomever it was didn t leave a message, I expect it was either the Amazon or Microsoft scam.

Received missed call at 18:50 which in itself is strange for a business. When I called it back there was a Click, and then a holding Jingle music started playing, as if I'd been transferred to another line. I ended the call after about 10secs. I would consider it spam

I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. Called me at 08 42 3rd February 2021. They hung up before I was able get to the telephone . Since I live in the Scottish Highlands I do not know why someone from Chelmsford is calling me. Nuisance.
