Caller with Indian accent said she was calling from "Global Support" because they had identified that my computer was running slowly and they would fix this. She asked me to go to a website www.teamviewer.com. I said I didn t know her so would google this first, before going onto an unknown site. She hung up. A Google search shows that "Global Support" is a security company with dogs, and "TeamViewer.com" provides software that allows someone to access your computer remotely.
