Answered and said hello? Then Hello again and she said “Hello this is Holly Baldwin from Silvershine services”, I didn’t recognise the name or company so cut the call off straight away due to the automated voice recording. The number I received a call from was 0116 273 0671

Yep Capquest (Arrow finance/pentagon finance/universal credit). This was an old debt from over 15yrs ago which was settle as a CCJ! No idea how they got my current mobile number (i m registered to stop these calls). Keep blocking them but they just use a different number. Not helpful if you do speak to them telling them debt was a settled CCJ either.

I cancelled talk talk last week and this number keeps calling me they can not get me on house phone now so they call my mobile you would think they would spend the time trying to fix the problem of customers leaving not chase them away for good .
