This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This number is from Halifax/Lloyds banking group fraud team. They can stop your card and refund if anything has been taken. I am sure this number is ok. It did start out automated - which made me wary but you get through to a person quickly afterwards. They ran over the acts from law, didnt ask for any pin information and were polite and what youd expect from a bank team. Actually nice to have a bank being proactive in preventing your money being taken.
