Nuisance call to sell me call barring techniques when this is exactly what they are. Please stop them - how can anyone fall for this. How do they stay in business, if you can call it that - I think it borders on crime.

As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don t know who called I was at a dead end

As the other people have said, He said i owed ?250 and agreed it last year ( november ) then calls back and said he can drop it to ?99 sent me a invoice etc for ?99 and the cheek of it is the art work was copied from my web site.

I had a call from this number, but went right to the answering machine. I won ? 2500. It could be heard in the background many different voices.

I had a financial review meeting booked via Cpr. I found the whole process to be very good. The appointment was booked and confirmed by Cpr then the advisor. Will full FCA authorisation. Giving me all the information I needed to check the firm out before the meeting. The advisor has sorted out my old pensions, poor performing investments and sorted out I seriously underinsured, in relation to my mortgage, something I would never have known. Very worthwhile. 100% not a nuisance call or scam

Have had 4 phone calls this morning. 3 went dead when picked up. 1 was answer machine message about subscription to amazon and asked me to press 1 to cancel and 2 to discuss options. I put the phone down. Has anyone else had these calls?

I suspect it s a fishing exercise to gather info we may seem to think is harmless but gives clues to passwords bank details and so on the first question was who do I bank with and do I bank online I am deeply suspicious of anyone asking about any of my financial details unsolicited as banks don t call asking my details so no-one else should either
