Scam from HMRC apparently saying if I don't call my solicitor I will face illegal charges. 1) I don't have a solicitor because I don't need one and 2) what the hell are illegal charges ????
I wouldn't trust this number.

Some one claiming they are calling from hmrc and will take you to court.

SCAM I had a phone call from 020 8298 3548 at 3:01pm this afternoon on Thursday 25th February 2021. It was an automated message saying that I had an outstanding balance and an arrest warrant was issued for my arrest and I should press 1 to speak to a representative about it. This is an absolute scam, do NOT call or press 1.

this company just rang and rang and rang, even when i asked them why they were calling me 4-5 times each day the caller just laughed and hung up - i just blocked the number after a few days had enough of the rude callers.

Had a message on my phone for this number. HSBC alert. A payee request for Mr J. I did not even click on this alert. I suspect this is a scam.

SCAM They ring pretending that they have been involved in installing insulation in your loft and that there's a potential problem with it that they need someone to visit. It is all lies. Energy efficiency and insulation is a good thing, but this company is definitely a scam. They seem to be making use of standard recorded messages in response to your responses too, to make it sound like it is a human on the other end.
