Once speaking to him the male caller (African type accent) claimed to be from Sky and started asking questions - my husband's surname, security password, mother's maiden name etc. Unfortunately for him, my husband was not the easy touch he was obviously expected to be and the caller got no information out of him!

Something about being charged £79.99, and pressing 1 to speak to a service manager. We don't have Amazon Prime. We are ex directory, and with TPS.

Called from opus. Claiming I owe a debt from 2008-2019 for Northumbrian water. Considering I was 18 and living at home at the time I explained this was untrue. I was then told it was from an address I lived in on 2015 but they dated it 2008?
