Keep getting calls from numbers which start with 01273901924 upto 1937, these are scam calls and they change the last two numbers all the time but its the same scammers and i just let the phone ring as i have a long list of scam calls and i can only block 50 on my phone.
This was a call from a call tariff firm wanting to increase its network it is a cold call and has obtained my number via a sale from other companies I have blocked the number and asked the company to remove me from their call lists immediately this is the second call i have had from a similar number and I asked the last called to remove my number also this did not happen the 1st Time - I will see if it happens again.

They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. Funny how over the last week, I have been getting calls from Manchester on my mobile. They alway hangup before it goes to my answer service. This has to be a sales call or fake service that has picked up on my number, otherwise they would leave a message for me to get back to them.

I had a call from 01926893111 which was probably a dentist with whom I had made a web enquiry. But I did not answer and they did not leave any message. I suspect that the number has been wrongly registered on your database as entering the number which called me brings me to this page.

They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account.
