I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. this is from a oompany called know how. it insures household electrical goods. i had said i would give them feedback after i called the 0800 number but i forgot that my phone ringer was switched off. so thet is what they were ringing me for. feedback about the call and service i was using.
