Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

I ve worked there, Sabrina is fit as faf btw. It s openreach who manage the lines perhaps if you took 20 seconds of your time to google that rather than vent your frustration online you d know that. Got to confirm you ve got a mobile for the call (£5 a month a discount.) You kept her on the line? you realize you re allowed to hang up. she s not. Scam? You ve got line rental and broadband with two different providers, it s the the 21st century, no one even does that anymore so how bad can a package be? Also

Scam call starting with automated message about suspicious VISA transactions. I selected the option to talk to someone. They could not explain who they represented, and started asking for my details. When I asked them to verify who they were, they hung up.
Woman called and said she had been informed that I had had a car accident that was not my fault. I have not. When I suggested to her that she had no such information and that her call was at random she put the phone down. Infuriating to receive these calls. Seems to happen quite often.

Have had several calls from this number - 01618500044 - they say they are a company called RECLAIM FINANCE. I have never taken out finance so cannot be owed any compensation?! When I,ve got a free minute I bombard these parasites with dead calls by withholding my own number see how these oiks like it! Red Hawk Insurance on 01792735123. I missed call and 2nd one answered abour outstanding PPI from Welsh sounding male. Told him I was not interested and he asked if I had any outstanding PPI, which I informed him that my personal details were none of his business. He then informed me there would be another call if I did not answer his questions, of which I informed him that this would be considered harassment. Welsh male then said that sound like a horrible person. I thanked him.
