This number asks "Why you got a new number" and arrived after I sent a text to a contact on whatsapp. I did not reply obviously! Russia? Scary.
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 6066048xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing call centre - ppi claims, RTA. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
