Said they were from my provider and wanted to thank me for my loyalty but also wanted me to confirm several details about myself so he could tell me about some special offers. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618148xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with pensions, RTA - traffic accident, PPI, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

When i answered someone stayed on the phone 35 seconds and then it went dead.
Answered the call and the lady asked me if I used a card processing system, I said yes and she asked me what system I used. She didn't explain where she was calling from or why so I stopped the call and blocked the number. Cold caller or scammer
